"I purchased a XVS1300 for a very reasonable price here, great sales experience with Dan Farley, I also purchased some accessories late in the day and asked if I could have them installed now. They said no problem, hurried my bike back to service and had a windshield, highway bars, aftermarket mirrors, and some other chrome pieces installed that day. Johnny installed the accessories in a timely fashion and also cleaned the bike before bringing it to me.Thanks Surdyke for a great experience!!! A++++++"

"Me and most of the family have bought all are bikes from here. A total of 17 different atvs and utvs. We have bought a new bike that has been giving me trouble. Between jermy in parts and chris the manger they have been able to go above and beyond what they should have. They are still working the bugs out but are doing way more than the factory will do. The service has been the greatest on the problem and if they cant get it right they are willing to make it right one way or another.

"It was on the occasion of Surdyke's Victory Ride on 4/6/2008. The ride left the Victory store at 10:30. At 10:00 I saw Jerry and said ,"Oh, good your store is open". Since it was Sunday I wasn't sure it would be. I told Jerry that I needed a set of brake pads and a book on how to change them. We looked at the book, which was a bit pricey and he offered an alterative to buying one. As he was looking for the book I was looking at a new model Vegas and asked, "Is this what my brake pads are supposed to look like?" He said yes and I said "Then mine are GONE!" He told me to ride my bike into the shop and then we waited for Teddy. Teddy arrived and changed the pads and found I had overfilled the reservoir, which caused the pads to wear prematurely. I paid for the pads, they didn't even charge for the labor, and I was back in line for the ride with 10 minutes to spare! My experience with the Surdyke VICTORY store has always been a pleasant and sometimes surprisingly pleasant. "

"I got a stage three air intake put on my 06 Kingpin. Jeremy in parts and Teddy in service did a great job!! Everybody was super nice and really made my business feel appreciated. The power and smoothness of my bike is incredible! Well worth the 1 1/2 hour ride to get there. Finally a Victory Dealership with a staff that knows their product and how to treat their customers. "As I stated above I live in the area and have bought a 2001 polaris 325 trail boss new, and a 2006 Victory touring cruiser(used).And to be quite honest i wasnt at all impressed with the service or staff in (2001).
As For (2007)when i bought my 06 i could not belive the friendliness of all the staff they really made me feel as if i was all ready a friend of the family,and as most people i have had the pleasure talking to,1 ride and I became a member of the family.I have already began my small upgrading and purchased my accessories here also,excellent parts crew! thanks guys for making my wife and I feel as if we were the only customer you had everytime i stop in.
